Em meados dos anos 80, surgia no Brasil um dos maiores seguimentos em tele-entretenimento virtual de todos os tempos, o Atari, foi com certeza o video game que abriu as portas do tele-entretenimento virtual para o Brasil. Com design simples e de aparência humilde, o Atari era formado pelo sistema de video interno e dois manches. Destaque para os games Enduro, River Raid e o clássico Pac Man, que são jogados até os dias de hoje. Mais tarde surgiram muitos outros video games com tecnologia maiores do que o do Atari, porém eles nunca serão como ele.
